पूंजी संरचना से आशय किसी व्यवसाय की संपूर्ण पूंजी के स्वरूप से है । जिसमें व्यवसाय की दीर्घकालीन और अल्पकालीन पूंजी के स्वरूप का विवरण होता है । पूंजी संरचना को वित्तीय संरचना भी कहते हैं क्योंकि इससे हो व्यवसाय में वित्त कितना और किस मात्रा में है उसका पता चलता है ।
